Montegnystraat

The starting point

A building on Montegnystraat in Antwerp with three apartments to finish: V1, V3 and V4. The goal was to hand them over ready to live in, with the same standard in every unit.

Structure and façade

We put up the plasterboard, prepared the services and left the walls ready for painting. Meanwhile the black aluminium windows and the flat EPDM roof went in.

Kitchens and bathrooms

Each apartment got a made-to-measure kitchen in dark wood with a light worktop. The bathrooms have large-format tiles, a floor-level shower with a linear drain and wall-hung furniture.

Handover

Oak-tone flooring, skirting, final painting and cleaning. The three apartments were handed over ready to live in.
